Membership in MiBCI carries no obligation on any member, and all that is required to join is to sign a MiBCI Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Our hope is that, by signing the MOA, you take it upon yourself to work within MiBCI to find ways to partner with other members to improve lines of communication, foster working partnerships, and share your experiences and knowledge. Without this, MiBCI will not accomplish the goals that were set for it.
